Meet Sunny. Sunny is our latest foster dog from the Houston Sheltie Sanctuary. She’s a Katrina refugee from somewhere in Louisiana. When she was brought into the program she was so covered in mats so dense that the only way to get rid of them was to shave her body. Sunny is about five years old and is friendly and playful, although at 33 pounds, she’s also overweight. We look forward to having her with us for a while.
