Sudoku!
February 27th, 2006The Houston Chronicle debuts a new feature on its puzzle page today: Sudoku puzzles. It’s an interactive puzzle that you can solve right there in your browser. Or if you’re like me and you prefer to solve your Sudoku the old fashioned way with pencil and paper, you can print out the puzzle.
(What is sudoku? Read Will Shortz in Newsweek. Read wikipedia.)

Fortunately, the strain of that virus that has infected me has produced a weak dependency. I work a couply of easy puzzles every week and I’m fine.

I haven’t gotten my addiction under control yet. Jennifer and I work puzzle after puzzle after puzzle. Yes, I’m the one who said “who in their right mind would want to work puzzles with NUMBERS.” Sigh! Also, I prefer old fashioned paper and pencil.

First encountered sudoku online here: http://www.websudoku.com/. Got addicted for a while, then got over it.
