Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire came out on DVD today. Guess what we’re watching here at the Pine Gulch tonight?

Glad I’m not in Pine Gulch!

Didn’t know it was out yet.

It came out yesterday, “Day Zero”.

Ahh, I had it really bad yesterday!

I’d spend two long days on the Island troubleshooting network issues. Drove back in late Tuesday night in the rolling fog and hit the BigBox electronics/media store. Bought the latest three Hayao Miyazaki DVD’s released yesterday: Howl’s Moving Castle, My Neighbor, Totoro, and Whisper of the Heart. I was so excited!

I also had to pick up (per daughter) HP:GOF DVD. Only thing, I didn’t catch that there were several versions…I grabbed the single-disk widescreen one and (after I opened it up, right?) was told that I SHOULD have gotten the dual-disk version (sighs). Now I guess I’m going to soon own both…Tonight the family is watching GOF even as I sit here on the living room floor posting.

Yep, I guess we got hit with “the exploit” as well… ;)

  5. Jim Says:

    Yeah, Claus, it’s ruthless!

Ok, rented the new Harry Potter last night ( I rarely buy movies ) but then didn’t have time to watch it all. Oh well, we’ll get to it tonight. I love Miyazaki movies, can’t wait to see the new ones.
