Here’s Aspy, who continues to improve after we were afraid he would have to be put down:

We wish Genna were doing as well. Wendy got to the barn early this morning, only to learn that Genna was in the hospital with a bad case of kidney stones. She’s been released, and is on medication, but is still uncomfortable and not feeling well. We’ll be looking after the barn this weekend and until Genna is back on her feet.

Just last night at the barn Genna was just bubbling with pride over how good Laredo looks with Bryn riding him. I took my video camera and shot some video. I showed it to Genna and she couldn’t get over how good Laredo looks trotting around with Bryn in the saddle. Genna should be proud, because she’s done a great job with the big fella. I edited the video down into a very short little production that I’ll be posting as soon as I get a few minutes to set it to music.
