Bobby Cox tied a record:

For weeks, Bobby Cox has bit his tongue. Admittedly not looking forward to becoming baseball’s Ejection King, Cox remained silent after calls that, in other instances, might have roused him from the dugout.

No more.

With his ninth-inning ejection in a 2-1 loss to the Detroit Tigers Saturday, Cox tied John McGraw for first on baseball’s all-time ejections list. The ejection was the 131st of Cox’s career, and his sixth of 2007.

Looks like Chris has some catching up to do.
