My name is Robert Hosking and I used a 30 sec. snippet of the music you had used in the background of your youtube &quot;slide show video&quot; depicting your fathers life. 

I choose this sound track because not only was it appropriate for the video I was doing, but also I thought you stated that it was in the public domain, is that correct? Are you OK with me using part of it? Any information on it would be helpful, but I think you said you didn't recall your original source either right? One thing that worries me is the recording itself, since I think the music might be public but I'm not sure about the recording. Thanks for any advice you can offer.</description>
